This painting reflects the world's powers and struggles for control of its natural resources, driven by wars, destruction, and displacement for self-interest and greed. I exhibited this painting in my solo art exhibit, Syria Crisis and Hope, in 2014 at Swords into Plowshares Peace Center and Art Gallery in Detroit, Michigan.
